As a Chess Instructor, I have taught thousands of students to play Chess. All of my students are very capable of playing in chess tournaments, and many have won local chess tournaments, scholastic chess tournaments, state chess tournaments and national chess tournaments.
I specialize with beginner chess players through 1600 (Class B) players.
My teaching strength is in the Chess fundamentals, Chess Openings, Chess Middlegames and Chess Endgames, along with Chess Tactics. Additionally, I am an excellent challenge to prepare your kid for an upcoming challenge.
I have been playing chess for over 50 years and teaching chess for 25 years. I currently meet in homes, at the libraries or online. My online chess lessons cost less because I don’t have to travel.
